What is the return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchase within 30 days of the date you received your item, in its original condition with the original tags attached.
When will my package arrive?
Allow 4-10 business days for your shipment to reach you.
With pre-ordered items, we will notify you once you actually pre-order the item.
Does Mincore ship internationally?
Not yet, but we will soon.
Where the hell is my package?
It’s coming. However, if you did not get an email with confirmation or possible delays, please reach out to us and we will sort it out.
Can I edit my shipping information after placing my order?
Probably not. But reach out to us and we’ll see if your shipment is still with us.
Do you have a number I can call?
We here at Mincore are all about simplicity and if you don’t see a number to call, there is no number to call.
If you are about simplicity why don’t you have a number to simply call.
